Noleen Mathias

Noleen has over twenty years experience in Finance and Arts Management, she is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Trustee of the National Federation of Artist Studio Providers (NFASP).

Prior to setting up the Mathias Agency, Noleen was Co-Director of Cywaith Cymru. Artworks Wales the national organisation for public art in Wales and Director of Finance and Operations for public art agency Safle.
